Her innovative treatments are drawn from a comprehensive range of powerful healing modalities personally tailored to suit the individual's needs. Carlos Romero - Thai Yoga Massage Therapist & Yoga Teacher

Soft-spoken Venezualan Carlos Romero is a genuine yoga practitioner and a devoted Yoga teacher and gifted Thai yoga therapist. After finishing a Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training in 2003, Carlos has continued to deepen his practice and expand the scope of his studies in Asthanga Vinyasa, alignment based on Iyengar method, Jivamukti, Vibrant Living, Anusara and Dharma Mittra Yoga as well as in Acroyoga. Thai Yoga Massage and Surfing.As an instructor, his vinyasa flow classes (at The Yoga Barn) are deceptively challenging and his AcroYoga Flying classes full of joy. Dr. Ken Dinsmore - Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture

Chinese medicine uses Acupuncture and Chinese herbs to restore balance in the body and can assist in overcoming many health issues. It is especially effective in the treatment of: Women's health, musculoskeletal conditions, pain management, insomnia, depressive states, digestive disorders, substance abuse, skin conditions, auto- immune conditions and many common ailments such as sinus, headaches and general aches and pains.

Ken is fully registered and accredited with all the relevant associations including health rebates for medical insurance. He brings a wealth of experience to The Yoga Barn, including 25 years as a practitioner. Ken specializes in the management of muscular skeletal conditions, digestive disorders, skin conditions, pain management and offers nutritional advice. Ken is looking forward to this new and exciting challenge and feels blessed to be able to pass on his experience and knowledge in helping others as a professional healthcare practitioner.

Ken's qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in health science from Australia in Traditional Chinese Medicine, including Acupuncture and Chinese herbs, First Aid Paramedic Certificate, Certificate in Hygiene and safety Regulations, Certificate iv workplace assessment and training.

Punnu Wasu - Reiki Grand Master & Spiritual Healer

Born and raised in a family of masters from Hyderabad, India, Punnu is an internationally recognized musician, a certified Doctor of Reiki & well versed Spiritual Healer.

Punnu's interest in spirituality and healing formed in his early years as he was influenced by his father and other Indian masters. In later years Punnu studied with Grand Master Reiki healer, Kandy Beth Brandt in Russia. Leading Punnu to study even further with various modalities with Dr. Kanta Nagpal Hyderabad India, Deeksha at Oneness University India, and Swedish and Shiatsu Healing with Dr. Kaneko of in Los Angeles, CA. Shervin Boloorian - Tama-Do Sound Therapy & Sound Healing

Shervin is a Co-Founder of the Bali Sound Healers Collective, a certified sound therapist and graduate of Fabien Maman's Tama-Do "Way of the Soul" Academy (started in 1988). Tama Do is a program of non-invasive vibrational therapies using sound, color and movement to nourish the human energy system and aid the body in the recovery of its own health balance.

Before receiving his Tama-Do practitioner's certificate, Shervin served as coalition strategist/advisor for Middle East peace, pro-environment, and nuclear disarmament campaigns in Washington D.C. He is also a writer, editor and communications consultant for the BaliSpirit Group.

A Qi-Gong practitioner, Shervin has studied the Tao in China, shamanic counseling in the U.S., and he maintains a blog on modern day shamanism. Shervin's training combines Chinese Medicine, music theory, color therapy, scientific principals, and mysticism. He facilitates group Sound Medicine journeys and private sound healing sessions in residence at the Yoga Barn.

Uma has over 20 years in yoga teaching experience and has been grand-parented into the Yoga Alliance certifying system. She is a licensed Ayurvedic practitioner, specializing in self-empowerment. Her current practice draws from the teachings and transmission of Shakta Tantra, the 'mother of yoga'.
