THE YOGA BARN RETREATS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the policies below and click the box to acknowledge you have read and agree to all on your application to join your chosen retreat.

HEALTH INSURANCE POLICY

To join any workshop, retreat, yoga teacher training, cleanse or detox at the Yoga Barn all guests should have valid health insurance prior to landing in Bali. We also highly-recommend you include evacuation in your health insurance choice in the event of serious injury while you are exploring on the island.

GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY

The Yoga Barn requires payment-in-full to book a retreat.

If you cancel your trip, The Yoga Barn does not offer full refunds.

For cancellations made within 30 days of the start of a retreat, guests will forfeit payment-in-full. For cancellations made 31+ days from the start of a retreat, full payment (less $125 USD admin fee) may be used as credit for another retreat to be taken within 6 months of your original retreat date, subject to availability. We will also gladly transfer your credit to another guest to join on your original retreat dates.

Due to the typical lead-time required for marketing retreats and securing bookings, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early.

THE YOGA BARN RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY

If The Yoga Barn must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat within 12 months (subject to availability), or you may request a full refund of your payments to us, constituting a full settlement.

The Yoga Barn is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat – such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
