ABOUT THE ARTIST
Nessi Gomes is a musician, and group facilitator with a BA (Hons) in Creative Expressive Therapies in Music (2007), and a certified Holistic Voice Therapist with The British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST) in Group Voice Therapy (2014).
Born on the tiny island of Guernsey (UK), singing and music became Nessi’s way of dealing with challenging life circumstances. From a young age she discovered the ability to transform discomforts and unspoken emotions by exploring sound and has continued to root herself more and more in the therapeutic value of sonic expression.

Reiki Energy in the tradition of Dr. Mikao Usui is a wonderful way to access the natural healing powers within and to consciously listen to the inner healer.
There is Level 1-3 and in each Level, a sacred initiation called "attunements" is given to the student, which opens up the chakras and meridians (energy centers and channels), cleanses the subtle body, releases limiting beliefs, and prepares to channel Reiki Healing Energy. The ability to tap into this healing energy for yourself and others will remain with you for the rest of your life.
You will receive an 'attunement' from me, which is an initiation into working with Reiki. It is a tuning and passing-on ritual so that you are able to connect to this frequency of energy for the rest of your life.
Following the attunement, it is advised that you undertake a 21-day self-cleansing and healing period, by giving yourself a Reiki self-treatment each day for 21 days

Full moon calls for conscious celebration! Come gather together for a ritually charged evening of music and movement to nourish the heart and elevate the soul. This is medicine music to move you, wild and free, sacred and fun. Inspired by the loving spirit of Cacao, we reconnect as soul-family to elevate our awareness and celebrate the simple miracle of being alive at this powerfully transformational time. We’ll be holding a sacred fire to plant prayer-seeds and anchor intentions for the coming season, sing our hearts wide open, rewild and release.
The musical magic carpet weaves soulful vocals with Spanish guitar, kamel'ngoni grooves, tribal percussion, spacious electric guitar, analog drum machines and synths, and some shouts of joy along the way. Sharing both original songs and some tribal favorites, expect to become part of the band as we lift off together on a magical night!
Raio will be joined by an ensemble of stellar musicians including Carlos Romero, Ryan Narayan, Rob Recker, and Sky on guitar.
BIO
Raio is a musician, producer, medicine man and DJ who’s been uplifting the tribe in Bali for the last 18 years. A devotee of movement and dance as transformational practices, he plays organic-electro live dance music sets and DJ’s ecstatic dance. He also leads sacred cacao ceremonies, medicine music concerts, and sound healing journeys, and produces music in a riverside jungle studio outside Ubud. Along with his wife Sophie Sofree, he’s the co-founder of Wakamaia School of Sacred Fun, where they share the art of Ecstatic Dance DJ’ing, sound healing, and more. A special live music combo of interactive group vocal toning and healing chants followed by Shervin's signature "Sound Medicine" journey. Acoustic instruments harmonize listeners, guided by TCM's Elements of Nature. All sounds are non-electric to give the nervous system a rest from technology/amplified noise.
Sound Medicine is Bali’s longest-running and most popular sound healing event. Authentic ethnic songs from Shervin’s award-winning album, “I Hear You, Mother Earth” are blended into the experience.
About Shervin Boloorian:
Born in Iran, Shervin Boloorian is Ubud’s award winning vocal music artist and sound therapist, who in 2017 released a groundbreaking Sufi-inspired album “One with the Beloved”. Composed of original music and melodies inspired by Rumi’s wisdom, the album builds cross-cultural understanding between Iran and the West to prevent conflict. His album launched a 13 country tour and was endorsed by Rumi bestseller, Coleman Barks.

The Art of Sound Healing w/ Agustian

The long journey of Agustian Supriatna took him to navigate through different cultures and ancient traditions around the globe. Always curious and thirsty for understanding through direct experience and experimentation.
The Art of Sound Healing condenses the various teachings he has been picking up for years, ready to be shared. It is an alluring music experience that takes the audience to the inner healing journey with ancient Sanskrit mantras, Sufi chanting, Javanese and Sundanese traditional lullabies. While using these sacred scriptures, he composes the music with his own voice and colours. Agustian surprises with new sounds and a variety of music instruments such as bansuri (Indian bamboo flute), suling (Sundanese bamboo flute), karinding (Sundanese bamboo jaw harp), tabla (Indian drum), gambus (Sumatrans oud), ngoni (west African harp), Tibetan singing bowls and so on. He is constantly searching for new instruments or even making and adapting them himself. In concert, he will delight everyone with his magical voice and music while leading other amazing musicians who join him in this journey.
He has found that music is the best media to channel his heritage as a healer as well as sharing his art and heart, to everyone open and willing to dive into themselves.

Welcome to Sonic Sanctuary: A Sound Journey of Relaxation & Healing
This unique class offers a variety of healing modalities to help you find balance, release stress, and reconnect with your inner harmony.
Throughout the class, we'll explore the transformative power of sound through crystal sound bowls, tongue drumming, and vocal activation. The gentle vibrations of crystal sound bowls resonate with the body's energy centers, promoting relaxation and balance. Tongue drumming uses rhythmic beats to calm the mind and relieve tension. Vocal activation utilizes the power of your voice to create soothing sounds for relaxation and healing.
Each session of Sonic Sanctuary begins with a gentle warm-up to prepare you for the sound healing experience. You'll be guided through a series of exercises, including crystal sound bowl meditation, tongue drumming, and vocal activation. These practices help you tune into the healing vibrations of sound and connect with your inner self.
As you relax into the experience, you may feel warmth, tingling, or vibration, all normal reactions to the healing energy of sound. You may also notice a sense of peace and calm washing over you. This is the power of sound to promote relaxation and healing.
By the end of the class, you'll feel refreshed, renewed, and ready to take on the world. You'll have experienced the transformative power of sound to reduce stress and enhance overall well-being. Plus, you'll learn valuable techniques that you can use in your daily life to promote relaxation and healing.
All you need to bring is yourself, an open mind, and a ready heart. We'll provide the mats, but feel free to bring an eye mask and something cozy like a blanket for added comfort.

FLOW STATE: Water Contact Dance

Join Inner Ocean Collective for this four-part series exploring contact dance techniques in the warm water therapy pool at The Yoga Barn.
In this open-minded and open-hearted practice we dive deeper into flow, free-form movement, and connection—finding a meeting point with each other and with our own liquid body.
All facilitators are trained dancers and aquatic bodyworkers. Each week is different and culminates with a sunset jam where participants are invited to explore their new skills and sample aquatic bodywork.
All are welcome. Comfortability in the water is advised and familiarity with Contact Improv on land is recommended

The gentle power and loving presence of warm water inspire your living body to unwind tension, dissolve resistance and drop into a deep state of rest and connectedness.
This guided group journey explores the spaciousness of breath, the connection to heart and body, and the sensation of release after dynamic movement. Together we arrive into sweet surrender with a floating meditation. A safe & soft space with healing soundscapes, you are invited to come as you are and to remember the essence of your liquid roots.
All Inner Ocean Warm Water Sessions end in a floating meditation, supported by pillows and props. Here, facilitators offer aquatic bodywork in the form of gentle stretch, massage, and passive joint movement.
All facilitators are trained aquatic bodyworkers.

Liquid Body: Water Practice

In this water workshop, we explore and study our first language—the language of movement.
Gentle, spontaneous and free-form movement, especially in warm water, encourages us to restore the connection with our fluid nature, flow and authentic movement.
The embodied expression and experience of freedom, weightlessness and a sense of "being met and accepted as you are" inspires profound healing and relaxation, not only for our physical body - but also for the mind, heart and inner child within.
Through the practice of "Relating and Mirroring", we reflect and witness our movement pattern as a doorway to understanding the deeper wisdom of our living body and subconscious mind. Being held in a safe and supportive environment, we (as an individual and a collective) can attune ourselves to the highest resonance of wholeness and harmony.
All Inner Ocean Warm Water Sessions end in a floating meditation facilitated in a heated pool (35deg Celcius), and supported by pillows and props.
