Shamanic Breathwork Journey w/ Levi

The breath, aided by chakra-attuned music, mandala art, and group processing provides a route to the discovery of your inner landscape, healing, and trauma release. Levi will guide you into relaxation and the practice of a simple breathing technique. From there, simply trust that whatever emerges is what’s meant to be present.
Some people laugh. Some people cry. Some people enter a state of deep and profound meditation. Each time you show up for it, breathwork takes you wherever you need to go. A process that ultimately moves you away from the agendas of your ego and towards the sacred purpose of your soul.
In this full-day immersion you’ll be initiated into a sacred space and engage in ceremonial practices to create unity between your inner and outer world. Through mandala art therapy and group processing to ground and integrate, this will be a safe and juicy container for you to really explore the depths of this magical modality.
Upon completion of the journey, you can feel fully embodied through the Shamanic Breathwork experience.
What you will need:
Bring a friend or come on your own.
Bring an eye mask or clothing to cover your eyes.
Bring a water bottle. Refills available at the studio space.
Dress in layered clothing that you can easily move around in.

Reiki Training Level 1 w/ Melani Koch

Reiki Level 1 - 1 day - 9.30am - 4pm (1 hour lunch break)
Reiki Energy in the tradition of Dr. Mikao Usui is a wonderful way to access the natural healing powers within and to consciously listen to the inner healer.
There is Level 1-3 and in each Level, a sacred initiation called "attunements" is given to the student, which opens up the chakras and meridians (energy centers and channels), cleanses the subtle body, releases limiting beliefs, and prepares to channel Reiki Healing Energy. The ability to tap into this healing energy for yourself and others will remain with you for the rest of your life.
You will receive an 'attunement' from me, which is an initiation into working with Reiki. It is a tuning and passing-on ritual so that you are able to connect to this frequency of energy for the rest of your life.
Following the attunement, it is advised that you undertake a 21-day self-cleansing and healing period, by giving yourself a Reiki self-treatment each day for 21 days

With the initiation into the second degree of Reiki, you will receive access to greater energy and develop your understanding and deepen your connection to the practice of Reiki.
