About Jason Moon
Jason Moon knows that becoming a Yoga Teacher is a big deal. And as a media professional with a career in New Zealand that spans on air TV presenting, radio talent and production, field directing and reporting, he brings professionalism and polish. He can even boast that he was honored enough to interview The Dalai Lama!
A qualified Yoga Teacher himself he knows the investment and self-belief it takes to transform not only your own life but to be a catalyst for others. As a photographer and videographer his candid and styled Bali portfolio showcases world-class yoga teachers from around the globe. His talent to capture without imposition the vulnerability, spiritual aspirations, strength and love, aliveness, humanness and focus of his subjects is palpable. He comments “each subject, or group of people brings a direction and intention with them, as them, rendering each and every one unique.”
Known for manipulating natural light and offering a raw and honest approach to creative direction he knows The Yoga Barn gardens, architecture and studio’s intimately. One of his favorite location’s, he has shot here for over 6 years visually playing with light and angling raw tropical beauty, natural materials, Balinese temples and stone carved deities at BaliSpirit Festival opening events and World Yoga Days. Blending the right amount of spiritual flavor and authentic representation of our yoga experience.
